When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to submit. We do not request payment card details through this website.
Local browser storage
Fallows and cart selections are stored in your browser so the interface can remember them. Theme and cookie preferences are also stored locally. This information is not sent to Elmwood Ledger by these features.
How information is used
We use submitted contact details to respond to questions, coordinate learning conversations, provide requested support, and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain messages only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated communication and legal obligations. We use appropriate administrative and technical safeguards, although no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
